「鋅」天然補品與保養品 你一定要認識的微量元素 「鋅」對於人體運作是不可或缺的微量元素,坊間對於鋅的保養品更是琳瑯滿目,如何攝取足夠的「鋅」可是一門大學問。4月3日(日)播出的TVBS《健康2.0》節目中,邀請到皮膚科醫師盧靜怡、亞東醫院泌尿科醫師李宏耕、營養師謝宜芳、生機飲食達人王明勇,與主持人陳月卿帶大家認識「十大開”鋅”食物」,還要教你怎麼吃最有效。 男女照過來 鋅好男人VS.鋅好女人 鋅在男性的發育的過程中扮演重要的角色,同時也會影響女性荷爾蒙,是男女不可或缺的微量元素。男性缺鋅首先會影響下丘腦垂體──睪丸性腺軸的內分泌功能,結果造成腦垂體促性腺激素分泌不足,最終出現精液缺乏症、勃起不全、男性性徵發育遲緩、精蟲活動力下降,甚至會導致不孕;對女性而言,則會影響垂體促性腺激素分泌,促進性腺發育和維持性腺正常機能的作用。因此,在飲食中攝取足夠的鋅,可以維持身體機能正常運作,改善男性性功能障礙並延緩老化,讓女性維持性腺正常運作,常保青春水噹噹。 人體發育不可少 聰明攝取微量元素 營養師謝宜芳表示,微量元素「鋅」在人體內的含量僅次於鐵。成人體內含鋅總量為1.5-2.5公克,其中90%分布在骨骼與肌肉,其他分佈在肝、腎、胰臟、腦、皮膚、前列腺等器官,存在人體的濃度高於其他14種微量元素,甚至高於巨量元素鎂。但是人體卻沒有儲存鋅的機制,因此透過每日的正確的飲食攝取相當重要。尤其在人體缺鋅時,對於成長機能與發育、能量營養素代謝、免疫機能、食慾、味覺、皮膚健康、傷口癒合等,都會有不等程度的損傷,影響相當廣泛,根據2008年國民營養調查顯示,近8成民眾是缺鋅(和缺鉀、鈣)一族,所以從兒童、成年男性、女性、孕婦及哺乳中的婦女,都必須養成每日一定的攝取量。 口味嗜鹹、膚況差、指甲白斑與髮枯毛燥!? 身體大檢測,你是欠「鋅」一族嗎? 「鋅」的攝取對於人體具有極重要的影響,但要如何知道自己是否少「鋅」,皮膚科醫師盧靜怡、亞東醫院泌尿科醫師李宏耕、營養師謝宜芳在節目中指出,有下列幾項檢測指標,可做為判斷依據: 味覺減弱,食之無味,導致飲食口味偏重。 皮膚傷口不易癒合,皮膚表皮新生速率緩慢。 指甲會微微凹陷、有一點白白的斑。 經常感冒、久咳不癒。 情緒易緊張。 性功能障礙。 小麥胚芽、白芝麻、南瓜子、酵母粉… 加「鋅」排行榜,素食者也能吃 食物中的鋅通常與蛋白質或核酸結合,因此富含蛋白質的食物也會含有豐富的鋅,例如牡蠣、蟹、貝類等海產、肝臟、肉類、蛋類和牛乳。這些成分在消化道中分解消化後可釋放出鋅以供吸收,吸收率大約12-59%,所以在食材挑選上,可以均衡選用每日的「鋅」菜單,讓自己活力滿分。營養師謝宜芳表示,素食者也可以安心挑選含鋅的非肉類食材,如小麥胚芽、白芝麻、南瓜子等堅果類與酵母粉,都可以攝取足夠的鋅。
